Ascot Andaman Living exists for one reason: to help individuals and families find, secure and own the right home in Phuket and across Thailand, with advice that is entirely on their side.
Sathya founded Ascot Andaman Living purely to help individuals realise their property dreams in Phuket and Thailand. Buying a resort home abroad should feel exciting, not uncertain. His aim is simple: give every client the independent advice, honest numbers and careful planning he would want for his own family.
He trained in real estate in the Royal County of Berkshire, at Henley Business School, part of the University of Reading, specialising in planning and development. He went on to complete an MBA in Project Management. That combination shapes how we work: we read a development the way a planner does, and we run your purchase the way a project manager would.
Ascot stands for Berkshire, where Sathya studied real estate, and for the standards of a well-run British advisory. Andaman stands for the sea that frames Phuket and its islands. Our crest joins the Berkshire stag with the Thai lotus and kranok flame: two places, one way of working.
